The dough, made with high-quality Italian flour, undergoes a slow fermentation process to ensure lightness, digestibility, and a balanced texture that’s both crispy and soft.
Cheeses: Mozzarella fior di latte, Scamorza, Gorgonzola, and excellent Grana Padano.

Each ingredient is carefully selected to provide an authentic, elegant experience that stays true to Italian tradition.

Ingredients

Base without tomato sauce (58%) [Pasta Base (100%) [Type 00 wheat flour (62%) (GLUTEN), Water, Fine Salt (refined salt, anti-caking agent (E535)), Yeast ]], Fiordilatte Cheese (12%) (pasteurized cow’s MILK, salt, rennet, lactic cultures), Tomato Sauce (12%) [DOP pizza tomatoes (99%) (peeled tomatoes, tomato juice), fine salt, dried oregano, ground black pepper, fresh Basil], scamorza cheese (8%) (pasteurized MILK, salt, rennet, LACTIC cultures), gorgonzola cheese (6%) (pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, lactic cultures, rennet), Grana Padano cheese (4%) (milk, salt, rennet, preservative (lysozyme from Eggs)).

Preparation

Preheat the oven to (230°C / 250°C). As soon as the oven is very hot, place the pizza in it while it’s still frozen. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown. Drizzle the crust with a little olive oil as soon as the pizza comes out of the oven,
