Taboadella Reserve Alfrocheiro – 750 ml

The alfrocheiro variety appeared in Portugal and the Dão region after the phylloxera epidemic, where it is native. But we know of no foreign relatives or domestic origins, although it was once known as “Tinta Francesa de Viseu.” This very rare, high-altitude grape variety teaches us to produce only a small amount and to respect its fragility, to obtain firm tannins, but very delicate and fundamental.
