The dough, made with high-quality Italian flour, undergoes a slow fermentation process to ensure lightness, digestibility, and a balanced texture that is both crispy and soft. The tomato sauce is made with authentic San Marzano tomatoes, known for their naturally sweet flavor and low acidity.

Ingredients

Dough Base (55%) [Type 00 wheat flour (GLUTEN), Water, Fine salt (refined salt, anti-caking agent (E535)), Yeast], Fiordilatte Cheese (25%) ((pasteurized cow’s MILK, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacteria), Tomato Sauce (13%) [DOP pizza tomatoes (99%) (peeled tomatoes, tomato juice), fine salt, dried oregano, ground black pepper, fresh Basil], SALSICCIA PICCANTE DRITTA SV (8%) (pork, salt, natural flavors, dextrose, sucrose. Antioxidant (E300), preservatives (E252, E250)).

Preparation

Preheat the oven to (230°C / 250°C). As soon as the oven is very hot, place the pizza in it while it’s still frozen. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown. Drizzle the crust with a little olive oil as soon as the pizza comes out of the oven,
