Ingredients

Dough Base (57%) [Type 00 wheat flour (62%) (GLÚTEN), water , fine salt (refined slat), anti-caking agent (E535)), yeast ], Fiordilatte cheese (30%) (pasteurized cow’s MILK, salt, rennet, lactic cultures), Tomato Sauce (13%) [pizza tomatoes DOP(99%) (peeled tomato, tomato juice), fine salt, dried oregano, ground black pepper, fresh basil].

Preparation

Preheat the oven to (230°C / 250°C). As soon as the oven is very hot, place the pizza in it while it’s still frozen. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown. Drizzle the crust with a little olive oil as soon as the pizza comes out of the oven,
